Delivery areas

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. No location is too far.

Delivery timelines

• Lahore: 1–2 business days
• Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad: 2–3 business days
• All other cities: 3–5 business days

Delivery charges

• Within Lahore: Rs. 200
• All other cities: Rs. 300–450 depending on location

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and confirmed with your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay the courier directly when your parcel arrives. You are welcome to open the parcel and inspect before making payment.

Order confirmation

Once your order is placed, our team will confirm it via WhatsApp or phone call within 24 hours. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. Public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
