Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from D&B Clothing. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unstitched
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Items must be in their original packaging

Non-returnable items

  • Items that have been stitched or altered
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Exchange process

If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp. We will arrange a free exchange or full refund.

How to return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days

Refunds

Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash. We will confirm your preferred method when processing the return.
