We want you to love every purchase from D&B Clothing. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unstitched
- Original tags must be intact
- Items must be in their original packaging
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been stitched or altered
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
- Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)
Exchange process
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp. We will arrange a free exchange or full refund.
How to return
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order
- Share your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3–5 business days
Refunds
Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash. We will confirm your preferred method when processing the return.
